§ Lord Duncannonbrought down the following message from his Majesty:
WILLIAM R.—His Majesty acquaints the House of Lords, that having taken into his consideration the present state of reversions and remainders vested in the Crown in estates in Ireland, his Majesty deems it proper that measures should be taken for enabling proprietors of estates in Ireland, where the reversion or remainder has become vested in the Crown by attainder, to bar such reversions or remainders.
