Lord TENTERDEN laid on the Table five Bills; viz. a Bill to regulate the method of taking Arbitrations: a Bill to enable Courts of Law to order the Examination of Witnesses: a Bill to improve the proceedings in Prohibition and Writs of Mandamus: a Bill to enable Courts of Law to give relief, &c.: and a Bill for the more speedy judgment and execution in Actions brought at Westminster, which he had framed in compliance with recommendations contained in the second Report of the Commissioners appointed to inquire into the state of the Common Law.

The Earl of ELDON laid on the Table a Bill to amend the Bankrupt Laws.
