Counsel being called in, Mr. Harrison stated, that he did not intend to offer any evidence to their lordships against the bill, as he conceived no case had been made out for disfranchising the borough of Penryn. He should therefore leave the case to their lordships' justice. The Earl of Carnarvon said, he should, after the holidays, move the second reading of the bill.
