§ On the motion of lord Eliot, a message was ordered to be sent to the commons, desiring a copy of the Report of the committee respecting Mr. Palmer's claims; and also a message desiring that leave might be given to the right hon. Charles Long to attend the committee of their lordships on this subject on Thursday.
