The bills upon the table were forwarded in their several stages. Among these, the Greenland whale fishery and the loyalty loan bills, went through committees of the whole house, and were severally reported.—Mr. Alcock, from the commissioners of the Thames navigation, presented a statement of the receipts and disbursements of that corporation, during the year 1804 — It was ordered, on the motion of the bishop of Oxford, that the thanks of the house be given to the lord bishop of Rochester, for the excellent sermon preached by his lordship before the house yesterday, in the collegiate, church of Westminster.
