Counsel were heard in continuation relative to the Scotch Appeal, Fleming v. Abererombie, viz. Mr. Adam as second Counsel for the appellant, and Mr. Alexander as leading Counsel for the respondent: the farther hearing of the case was adjourned tilt Wednesday.—The various bills before the House were forwarded in their respective stages. Among these, the Irish Revenue Bill, the Irish Mail Duty, the Irish Countervailing Duties, and the Hides and Tallow Importation Bills were severally read a second time. Some private business was then disposed of, after which their lordships adjourned till to-morrow.
