Counsel were finally heard relative to the Irish appeal, Garden. Burton, viz. Mr. Mansfield, at considerable length, as counsel for the appellant in reply. After which their lordships adjourned the farther consideration till Monday se'nnight.—Mr. Alexander brought up from the Commons the Bank of Ireland Restriction Bill; and Mr. Vansittart presented the Greenland Whale Fishery Bill.—Lord Hawkesbury moved the first reading of the Bank of Ireland Restriction Bill, which proceeding accordingly took place, and subsequently for its being printed, which was also ordered.
