Mr. Adam was heard as counsel, and evidence was adduced, for the claimant in the Zouche peerage. The farther consideration was deferred till this day se'nnight.—The annual account of the proceedings of the commissioners for paying off the national debt was brought up, and ordered to lie on the table.—The Scotch appeal, Napier v. Napier, was allowed to be withdrawn by mutual consent.
