§ Lord Hawkesbury presented the papers relative to the Convention entered into between Great-Britain and Sweden, on the 25th July, which were laid upon tire table.—The Seamen's Desertion Bill was read a second time, and committed for to-morrow.—The Bank Restriction Bill was brought up from the Commons, read a first time, and ordered to be read a second time.
