Their Lordship met at a little after three, when the appeal from the court of session of Scotland in which Christie and Keay were appellants, and Proud foot, Dean of Guild and the Guild Council of the Burgh of Perth, respondent, came before them. Messrs. Adams and Grant were heard on the part of the appellants, and Mr. Romilly for the respondent. The farther hearing of council was deferred until tomorrow.
