Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petition for the
South Downs Preservation Bill
ought to be dispensed with, and leave given to introduce the Bill, provided that the power to purchase land compulsorily according to the provisions of subsections (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) and (7) of Sections 161 and 162 of the Local Government Act, 1933, be struck out of the Bill:
