Brought from the Commons; read 1^a, and referred to the Examiners.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

• Ministry of Health Provisional Orders (Guildford and West Kent Main Sewerage District).

Also the Certificates that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

• Stockton-on-Tees Corporation (No. 1).
• Tees (Newport) Bridge.

And also the Certificates that the Standing Orders have not been complied with in respect of the Petitions for the following Bills:

• Hartlepool Gas and Water.
• River Lee (Flood Relief, etc.).
• West Ham Corporation.

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
