§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That in pursuance of Standing Order No. 163A relating to Private Bills, he had, on the requisition of the Chairman of Committees, appointed Robert Arthur Grosvenor, of 4, Chester Square, London, S.W.1, Retired Captain, as guardian or protector of the infant, Hugh Frederick Grosvenor, to represent such infant before the Committee on the Bill.
