The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Registrar of the County Court of Devonshire a certificate that George Francis Alexander Seymour, Marquess of Hertford, was adjudicated a bankrupt on the 9th of September, 1927.

The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Senior Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice, a certificate that on the 29th day of July, 1927, the said Court made an order annulling the bankruptcy of George Harley, Earl of Kinnoull, in the Peerage of Scotland, and Baron Hay, in the Peerage of the United Kingdom.
