§ Message from the Commons, that they have appointed a Committee, to consist of eight Members, to join with a Committee of this House to consider the desirability of altering the customary period of the Parliamentary Session and the incidental changes necessary thereto; and to request this House to appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the Members of their House: The said Message to be taken into consideration on Monday next.
§ THE LORD SPEAKER acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

§ And also the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have not been complied with:
§ British Empire Exhibition (1924) Incorporated (Memorandum Amendment) Bill. [H.L.]
