§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments bad laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:
- Ministry of Health Provisional Order (Cardiff Extension).
- South Staffordshire Water.
- Dartmouth Harbour Commissioners (Reconstruction).
§ Also the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have not been complied with:
§ London County Council (Tramways Trolley Vehicles and Improvements).
§ The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
