19 In this Schedule— the court" means the High Court; dwelling-house" includes—

  1. (a) any building, or part of a building, which is occupied as a dwelling, and
  2. (b) any yard, garden, garage or outhouse belonging to, and occupied with, the dwelling-house;
overseas country" has the meaning given by paragraph 1(3).
