That this House takes note of European Community Document No. 4436/93, relating to the establishment of a Cohesion Fund; and agrees that the draft regulation proposing a cohesion fund instrument should be adopted before 1st April 1993, in accordance with the conclusions of the Lisbon and Edinburgh European Councils.—[Mr. Kirkhope.]
