Motion made, and Question put,

That—

  1. (1) In section 6(1) of the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 for "£0.3058" and "£0.2514" there shall be substituted "£0.3314" and "£0.2770" respectively.
  2. (2) In section 11(1) of that Act for "£0.0105" and "£0.0149" there shall be substituted "£0.0116" and "£0.0164" respectively.
  3. (3) In section 14(1) of that Act for "£0.0105" there shall be substituted "£0.0116".
  4. (4) This Resolution shall come into force at 6 o'clock in the evening of 30th November 1993.
And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution should have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968.
