Motion made, and Question put, That provision may be made—

  1. (a) with respect to the fees and other sums payable in connection with the grant or acquisition of a right under section 11 or 12 of the Finance Act 1989; and
  2. (b) for the payment of fees, payable into the Consolidated Fund, in connection with the extension of the period for any such right.
