ment of a British Tourist Authority and Tourist Boards for Scotland and Wales with responsibility for promoting the development of tourism to and within Great Britain, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenditure attributable to that Act of the Board of Trade, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales; and
  2. (2) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any sums required by that Act to be so paid.—[Mr. Crosland.]
