INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF RECORDING EQUIPMENT IN VEHICLES

Amendment proposed: No. 363, in page 120, line 39, at end insert: (4A) The owner of any vehicle in which equipment is installed for the purposes of this section shall preserve for the prescribed period any record produced by means of the equipment; and any person who fails to comply with this subsection shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £100. —[Mr. Marsh. ]
