The following is the Report of the Business Committee: That, subject to the provisions of the Order [25th January],—

  1. (a) the Proceedings on Consideration of the Army Reserve Bill shall, it not previously brought to a conclusion, be brought to a conclusion at half-past Seven o'clock on the day which under the Order [25th January] is given to the Proceedings on Consideration and Third Reading; and
  2. (b) the Proceedings on Third Reading of the Bill shall, if not previously brought to a conclusion, be brought to a conclusion in pursuance of that Order at half-past Ten o'clock on that day.
