§ The Prime MinisterThe Motion for the suspension of the Eleven o' Clock Rule is being moved for the purpose of obtaining the Report and Third Reading of the Civil Defence Bill and the Committee stage of the Air-Raid Precautionary Services Estimate. I hope it will be possible to obtain the Third Reading of the Civil Defence Bill at a time which will allow reasonable opportunity before Eleven o' Clock for the consideration of the Air-Raid Precautionary Services Estimate.
