§ Mr. NEIL MACLEANOn a point of Order. Will the Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury or the Prime Minister inform the House what are the New Services referred to in this Motion.
§ The PRIME MINISTERThis is the ordinary form for taking New Services, provided the Regulations have been carried out which entitle us to put down this Motion. The New Services which have appeared during this Session have been four in number. One is the Board of Control in connection with the Harnett v. Bond case; another is the guarantee for the British Empire Exhi- 1701 bition and the remaining two are Emergency Services, both of which have been passed through Committee.
