Mr. BOWERMANasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to a suggestion recently made by one of His Majesty's judges that strychnine should be coloured other than white, thereby protecting the public against misadventure in its use; if he is aware that experts agree that strychnine can be made a different colour; and will his medical officers give consideration to the suggestion with a view to legislation or an Order being issued enacting that all poisons should be of a definite colour?
