Motion made, and Question put, That on this clay, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 15, Business other than the Business of Supply may be taken before Eleven of the Clock, and Proceedings in the Committee of Supply may be taken after Eleven of the Clock, and that the Proceedings of the Committee of Supply be exempted from the provisions of the Standing Order (Sittings of the House)."—[Mr. Chamberlain.]
