Mr. STEWARTasked the Minister of Heath whether he is aware that there is a settlement of caravans in the Wirral Division of Cheshire which is spreading in every direction and getting quite beyond the power of the local authorities to deal with and control; and whether he can see his way to send down one of his officers to inspect it and report upon it and also consult with the local authority as to the best steps to be taken?
