Mr. MALONEasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether any applications have been made by discharged, demobilised, or retired naval ratings, who are unemployed or in necessitous circumstances, for an immediate payment of the prize money which is due to them; and, if so, whether he will see that priority is given to these individual claims before payments are made to men now actively employed in His Majesty's ships?
