Colonel NEWMANasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the reductions and alterations in taxation that may be included in the forthcoming Finance Bill will apply automatically to that portion of Ireland known as the Irish Free State; and, if not, what arrangement he has made with the Minister in charge of Irish finance to meet the difficulties that will arise?
