§ 2."That, in lieu of the existing Customs Duties on cocoa, there shall, on and after the fifteenth day of May, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, be charged the following reduced duties, that is to say:—

§ Provided that as respect any duty charged on manufactured or prepared goods under Section Seven of the Finance Act, 1901, the reduction shall not take effect until the first day of July, nineteen hundred and twenty-two.
§ And it is declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1913."
