HC Deb 08 May 1922 vol 153 c1800
80. Lord H. CAVENDISH-BENTINCK

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury what is the amount of the goodwill, patents, and patent rights in the new organisation of the British Cellulose Company?

Mr. YOUNG

This item stood at £1,885,738 in the balance sheet of 30th June, 1921. As to the present position, I have no information beyond that contained in the report of the board of directors and in the chairman's speech at the annual general meeting of the company on the 1st May, but I will make inquiry and acquaint the Noble Lord with the result.
