HC Deb 04 May 1922 vol 153 c1517
4. Mr. HALLS

asked the Minister of Pensions whether, in the case of ex-Private J. Penny, No. 5368, East Lancashire Regiment, now living at Ramsbottom, and in receipt of a flat-rate pension of 100 per cent, for himself, seeing that his complaint was aggravated, since he was married, by further service in the Army, he will see that this aspect of the case shall be considered in order that this man may get the additional benefit due for his wife and child according to the Regulations?

Mr. MACPHERSON

In the short time available I have not been able to get this man's papers from the Region. I will write to my hon. Friend as soon as possible.
