Member for the Pollok Division of Glasgow, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether, in view of the very long connection of the family of Mrs. Orford with the concession for the sale of refreshments in St. James's Park, he will give an assurance that Mrs. Orford will be given the first opportunity of becoming the tenant of the new refreshment pavilion to be erected in place of the present structure?
