§ Sir P. LLOYD-GREAMEThe total values of our exports to Russia, exclusive of Finland, were not recorded for the years 1911 to 1913, and I am, therefore, unable to give the information desired. The value of our exports to the new Baltic States was also not separately recorded for those years.
