HOLBROOKasked the Home Secretary whether the sum of £40 required on account, and the £100 shown as total Estimates for 1922–23, in Item 30, page 2, White Paper No. 33, represents the full amount it is estimated will be expended upon the State management districts during the forthcoming financial year, or whether it is intended as a token Vote; and, if so, will he take steps to publish full accounts in future?
