Mr. WOODInformation as to the various elements in the population of Palestine are given on page 4 of the ad interim Report on the Civil Administration of Palestine which was presented to Parliament as Command Paper No. 1499 of 1921. The Advisory Council includes seven Arab and three Jewish members.
