1. "That 118,500 Officers, Seamen, Boys, and Royal Marines be employed for the Sea Service, together with 2,900 for the Coast Guard and Marine Police, borne on the books of His Majesty's ships and at the Royal Marine Divisions, for the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1923."

2. "That a sum, not exceeding £12,000,000, be granted to His Majesty, on Account, for defraying the Charges for Navy Services, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1923."
