Colonel NEWMANasked the Prime Minister whether the evidence that has been brought to light directly connecting the Government of the Russian Republic 2361 with the present outbreak of civil war at Johannesburg will modify his present intention of meeting the Soviet authorities in conference; and, if the answer is in the negative, will these activities of the Soviet Government be the subject of remonstrance or of discussion at the forthcoming Genoa Conference?
