Colonel NEWMANasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware of the difficulty experienced by persons desiring to be put on the municipal or parliamentary register in filling up the intricate forms now provided for the purpose; and will he say why it would not be possible to issue one form with a simple explanation on it instead of two with a complicated method of filling up as at present?

I am not aware that any difficulty is experienced in filling up the present forms of claim to be registered as a parliamentary or a local government elector, but I will consider whether a single form could be adopted for the purpose.
