Mr. YOUNGUnder paragraph 3 of the First Schedule to the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1906, regard is to be had, in fixing the amount of a weekly payment of compensation, to any payment allowance or benefit which the workman may receive from the employer during the period of his incapacity. Mr. Richard Blight has been awarded non-effective benefits in excess of his average weekly earnings for the twelve months preceding his accident, and no weekly payments can be made to him under the Workmen's Compensation Act.
