§ 46. Sir THOMAS BRAMSDONasked the Prime Minister if he will appoint an expert committee, including some Members of both Houses of Parliament, to consider what can best be done to remedy or lessen the evils of legislation by reference in future Acts of Parliament?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI do not see how a committee could help in the matter, but the Attorney-General will be glad to confer with the hon. Member if he has any suggestions to make upon the subject.
