Mr. LEWISEighty-one ex-service men employed in a temporary capacity in the Board of Education competed at the recent examinations for the clerical class. Of these, four passed, eight qualified, and 69 failed. Of those who failed, 62 applied for reconsideration, and 14 of these were recommended by the Board for reconsideration.
