HC Deb 01 March 1922 vol 151 c373
51. Mr. A. HERBERT

asked the Prime Minister if the attention of His Majesty's Government has been called to a recent speech of M. Pasic, made during the investigation of the Commission of the League of Nations in Albania, in which he stated that Yugo-Slavia should assert her rights in Albania by force of arms; and if His Majesty's Government is in agreement with this policy?

Mr. HARMSWORTH

I have received full summaries of a number of statements about Albania made by M. Pasic in the course of a Debate in the Serbian Chamber on 25th. and 27th January. None of these statements contains any trace of a menace of the kind quoted. The second part of the question, therefore, does not arise.
