§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Baldwin)Preserved manufactured milk is not covered by any of 2 the headings of the Schedule to the Safeguarding of Industries Act, and is consequently dutiable only in so far as it contains added constituents which are themselves dutiable. Articles of food and drink are expressly excluded from the operation of Part II of the Act.
