§ 25. Mr. HOGGEasked the Prime Minister whether he will lay upon the Table the Memorandum which he circulated at the Paris Conference, dated 25th March, 1919, in view of the fact that part of that Memorandum has never been published by Signor Nitti?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINAs I stated on Wednesday last, the Government are considering the desirability of issuing a Blue Book containing Memoranda circulated during the Peace Conference. I am not in a position to give a more definite reply at present.
§ Mr. HOGGEI postponed this question, which was addressed to the Prime Minister a fortnight ago, in order to get a decision to-day. When may I put down a question so as to get an answer?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINSince the hon. Gentleman put down his question we have been considering the matter, and in reply to some other" questions asked last week I said we have been considering the question of publication. In that case this memorandum will of course form part of the publication, but I am afraid that I cannot indicate when the hon. Gentleman may put down a question.
Lieut.-Colonel A. MURRAYWill that publication contain a complete record of all that went on at the Versailles Conference?
