KINLOCH-COOKEasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the large public expenditure on education and the various opinions expressed as to the results achieved, he will consider the advisability of appointing a Royal Commission to inquire into the whole question of education, including systems and administration?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI think that Parliament already has sufficient material before it to form a judgment, and that no advantage would be derived from the appointment of a Royal Commission.
