HORNEDuring the year 1921 nine persons were prosecuted for Income Tax offences; in one case the charges were withdrawn, and in one case the defendant was bound over; the remaining defendants were sentenced to imprisonment and to pay the costs of the prosecution, and one was in addition fined £600.
