Colonel NEWMANasked the Chief Secretary whether he is aware that there are civil servants in Ireland who are desirous of being transferred to the Civil 2082 Service of Great Britain while there are civil servants in the British service who are desirous of taking service with the Government of the Irish Free State when set up; and will he take steps in such cases to arrange for a transfer of such civil servants from one Government to the other?
