§ 75. Mr. C. EDWARDSasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that many people in all parts of the country are interested in Mr. H. Spahlinger's professed cure for tuberculosis; if he will now give the result of the unofficial investigations which he told the House some time ago had been made; whether investigations are still proceeding; and if he will make public the results as soon as complete?
§ Sir A. MONDThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. I understand that the unofficial investigations referred to have been suspended until supplies of the serum are available and that this will not be for some months to come. I should certainly assume that the results of any independent investigations by competent persons into the efficacy of this treatment would be published.
